Pilot terms.
These are baseline product terms, not a substitute for the signed pilot agreement required before VendPatch accepts a company’s real operational data.
Pilot scope
VendPatch is currently offered through supervised early-access pilots. Your signed pilot agreement or order form identifies the provider, participating company, pilot period, permitted users, support contact, and any commercial terms. That signed agreement controls if it conflicts with this page.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, use the assigned role, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Workspace owners are responsible for invitations and staff access. VendPatch may suspend access needed to protect customers, data, or the service.
Permitted use
Use VendPatch for legitimate vending operations. Do not upload unlawful content, payment-card numbers, passwords, health information, malware, or data you lack authority to process. Do not probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls.
Customer and company data
You retain ownership of the records you submit. You authorize VendPatch to host and process them to operate, secure, support, and improve the pilot. Vending operators remain responsible for their customer notices, refund decisions, location agreements, accounting treatment, and legal obligations.
Electronic agreements
VendPatch Sign supports ordinary electronic business agreements and records consent, attribution, timestamps, document fingerprints, and completion evidence. Workspace owners remain responsible for contract terms, signer authority, identity checks appropriate to the agreement, and determining whether notarization, wet ink, or another specialized signing method is required.
Early-access limitations
Features may change during early access. Stripe subscription billing is available, while branded outbound email, SMS, and direct hardware telemetry are not generally available unless your agreement says otherwise. VendPatch does not process vending purchases, control machines, provide legal or tax advice, or guarantee business outcomes.
Ending a pilot
Either party may end a pilot under the signed pilot agreement. Before access ends, request an export of supported records. Retention, deletion, confidentiality, warranties, liability limits, governing law, and dispute terms must be stated in the signed pilot agreement before real company data is accepted.
