Early access terms.
These baseline terms describe self-service trials, subscriptions, and founder-assisted onboarding. A written order form can add company-specific terms.
Early-access scope
VendPatch is offered as early-access software through a self-service trial or founder-assisted onboarding. The plan selected at checkout, any written order form, and these terms define the permitted workspace, users, machine capacity, billing, and support.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, use the assigned role, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Workspace owners are responsible for invitations and staff access. VendPatch may suspend access needed to protect customers, data, or the service.
Permitted use
Use VendPatch for legitimate vending operations. Do not upload unlawful content, payment-card numbers, passwords, health information, malware, or data you lack authority to process. Do not probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls.
Customer and company data
You retain ownership of the records you submit. You authorize VendPatch to host and process them to operate, secure, support, and improve the pilot. Vending operators remain responsible for their customer notices, refund decisions, location agreements, accounting treatment, and legal obligations.
Workforce records
Workspace owners may use VendPatch for assignments, time entries, onboarding, correction requests, and work evidence only when they have authority to do so and provide required notices. VendPatch does not determine wages, worker classification, breaks, overtime, discipline, or employment law compliance. Owners must review context before acting on time or performance information, and employees must be given a practical way to report errors and unsafe or materially changed work.
Electronic agreements
VendPatch Sign supports ordinary electronic business agreements and records consent, attribution, timestamps, document fingerprints, and completion evidence. Workspace owners remain responsible for contract terms, signer authority, identity checks appropriate to the agreement, and determining whether notarization, wet ink, or another specialized signing method is required.
Trial, billing, and cancellation
A paid plan can include a 14-day trial as shown at checkout. The selected monthly subscription begins after the trial unless canceled before it ends. Plan capacity and current prices appear on the pricing and checkout pages. Canceling stops future renewal; it does not reverse charges already due unless required by law or expressly agreed.
Early-access limitations
Features may change during early access. Stripe subscription checkout and branded transactional email are available. SMS, automated bank reconciliation, payout transfers, and direct hardware telemetry are not connected. VendPatch does not process vending purchases, control machines, provide legal or tax advice, or guarantee business outcomes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. A written order form or customer agreement may state additional terms that apply to that specific relationship.
Ending service
You may cancel through the available billing controls. VendPatch may suspend or end access for nonpayment, unlawful use, material security risk, or material breach. Request a supported export before access ends when available; some agreement, security, billing, and audit evidence may be retained when reasonably required to protect contractual or legal rights.
These terms should be reviewed with qualified counsel before a broad unattended release or operation in a new jurisdiction.
