VendPatch is building operations software for the work that happens between the machine, the route, the customer, the location host, the employee, and the books.
Why it exists
Independent operators often rebuild the same event across spreadsheets, payment portals, text messages, paper service logs, and accounting categories. VendPatch keeps the record attached to the machine that caused the work, while supporting manual and imported data for fleets that are not fully connected.
How we communicate
We distinguish working features from planned integrations, label illustrative examples, and do not invent customers or outcomes. Our educational content is written to help operators make decisions, not to promise passive income or replace qualified legal, tax, employment, or equipment advice.
