What counts as a machine?

Only active field machines count toward plan capacity. Warehouse, retired, and draft equipment records do not.

What happens above 150 machines?

We review usage and offer a fleet agreement with the right capacity and support level. VendPatch does not silently charge an unpredictable overage.

Can I invite my team?

Yes. Plans are based primarily on active machines, so normal owner, manager, and field collaboration does not create a per-seat penalty.

Can I manage more than one company?

Each operating company keeps a separate workspace and subscription. This preserves clean books, staff access, contracts, and customer records.

Is billing active today?

Not yet. These are planned launch prices. Supervised pilot setup does not collect payment while production billing is being completed.
