Help & launch status
VendPatch is an early access workspace for vending teams. Use the demo to explore sample data, or sign in to work with your own company records.
For vending teams
Create your company and first machine, then open its customer QR page. Customer requests appear in the service inbox. Purchasing, receiving, and field visit records are saved to the company workspace. Use the field portal to record required checks and cash collected.
Accounts and teammates
New owners must verify their work email before creating company records. Password recovery is available from sign-in. Workspace owners create private seven-day invitation links in Settings and send them directly to teammates; the invited account must use and verify the matching email.
For customers
Scan the QR attached to your machine. Describe the issue without including card numbers or other sensitive payment information. Save the private tracking link shown after submission to check progress from another device. A request does not guarantee a refund. The vending operator reviews and handles any payment separately.
VendPatch Sign
Owners and managers can prepare a host agreement, create a private signing link, collect the host signature, countersign, and download the executed PDF. VendPatch records document fingerprints, consent, timestamps, and a completion certificate. Use an outside qualified professional for notarized documents or agreements requiring specialized identity verification.
Current limits
SMS notifications, automated bank reconciliation, and host payout transfers are not connected. Contract invitations, reminders, signed copies, support receipts, and customer updates can be delivered by email when the organization has a valid recipient address and contact consent. Financial reports show recorded activity and are not a complete set of accounting statements.
Before using it with customers
Arrange a supervised pilot, sign the pilot agreement, name primary and backup support contacts, and agree retention and incident contacts before entering operational data or attaching QR labels to machines.
