Create your company and first machine, then open its customer QR page. Customer requests appear in the service inbox. Purchasing, receiving, field visits, and cash records are saved to the company workspace.
Accounts and teammates
New owners verify their email before creating company records. Password recovery is available from sign-in. Workspace owners create private seven-day invitations and choose a role for each teammate.
For customers
Scan the QR attached to the machine, describe the issue without sensitive payment details, and save the private tracking link. The vending operator reviews any refund and handles payment separately.
VendPatch Sign
Owners and managers can prepare a host agreement, create a private signing link, collect signatures, and download the executed PDF and completion certificate. Use an outside qualified process when notarization or specialized identity verification is required.
Current limits
Direct bank feeds, SMS, host payout transfers, and direct hardware telemetry are not connected. Supported Nayax, Cantaloupe, and generic CSV exports can be imported. Configured contract, support, and customer updates use branded email.
Before using it with customers
Complete company details, assign an owner and backup contact, review roles, test one machine QR page, confirm the customer notice, and verify the support email path before attaching labels broadly. Start with one real machine and expand after the workflow has been checked.
